Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls
UHS has developed and patented a modular walling and retaining system called the ‘U-Panel Sleepers. U-Panel Sleepers are produced locally in Sydney using a 66MPa concrete mix that uses no natural aggregates and incorporate over 50% industrial byproducts.
U-Panel Concrete Sleepers
Made to Australian Standards, U-Panel Slepers are made of fibre reinforced concrete and each U-Panel Sleeper is 2400x200x80mm and only weighs 44.4kgs.
For use in Concrete Sleeper Retaining Walls up to 1200mm, U-Panel Sleepers produce an economic solution and easy to install retaining wall.
Available in a range of textures and finishes.
Post and Brackets
The Galintel® Retaining Wall Post system provides an “all in one solution” accommodating timber or metal fence connections for easy installation saving time and money.
The 100mm Series is used for the U-Panel Concrete Sleepers.
Australian made using heavy duty steel, Galintel® Retaining Wall Posts are fully hot dipped galvanised for corrosion protection in accordance with AS/NZS4680:2006.
Galintel® Fence Brackets are designed specifically to join timber and steel fence posts to Galintel® Retaining Wall Posts.
Their universal design makes it suitable for 100mm Series Galintel® Retaining Wall Posts, providing easy installation when constructing timber and steel fencing on top of retaining walls.
